I just got back from San Diego. It seemed like a good idea on Friday, but it turned out to be just kind of blah. San Diego always sounds like a good idea for a weekend trip because the weather is great, there are a ton of great museums to visit, and it's only 2 hours away. There's nothing worse than a long road trip spent listening to Bruce Springsteen. Bruce is D's IDOL, and we MUST listen to him in the car on roadtrips. That's the trade-off I make with D for not having to drive or navigate. I think it's worth it, actually, but the shorter the drive, the better.

Don't hate D for liking Bruce. Please? Thank you.
